2025 Spring Softball

Fall 2025 Fast Pitch Softball FAQ’s:

REGISTRATION AGE IS BASED OFF OF THE PLAYERS BIRTHDATE ON 1/1/2024.

For example if a player is born on February 25, 2012 and would be 13 years old when the season starts. They are classified as 12U because they were 12 as of 1/1/2025

When is the Spring Softball season?

Practices will start late March or early April and the season will run through early June (8U, 10U, 12U)
10U and 12U playoffs will be played mid June.
15U season aligns to not interfere with High School/Middle School softball and season starts in May with Playoffs the week after the 4th of July

Where are games played?

All home games are played at the Centennial School on the Turf and/or Dirt Field

What are the age divisions of SpringSoftball?

8U (Coach Pitch) - for girls 6, 7 & 8 years of age as of December 31st.
10U (Player and Coach Pitch) - for girls 9 & 10 years of age as of December 31st.
12U (Player Pitch) - for girls 11 & 12 years of age as of December 31st.
15U (Player Pitch) - for girls 13, 14 & 15 years of age as of December 31st.

How much does Fall Softball usually cost?

8U = $60+ Jersey
10U, 12U, 15U = $120 + Jersey

Where can I get a Jersey?

● Jersey’s have not changed in the past few years, with no plan on changing the jersey top. If your player has a jersey that fits you are set. If you are new to Mars Softball or your player has outgrown their original jersey you can order at the link below

What equipment will my child need?

● Gray Baseball/Softball pants

● Baseball Glove

● Infielder Mask

● Helmet with facemask

● Cleats (Nonmetal/15U metal allowed on NON TURF fields)

● Softball Bat (optional)
